Wow there's been a real lack of blogging lately, now that everyone's back home and we all have jobs and stuff no one seems to be updating anymore.
So Friday I worked from 2-10 in the bar, it was dead. I can't remember if i did anything friday night i don't think so but i can't be sure. Oh yeah it was awesome, the starbucks in chapters was giving away free tall frappacinoes all day long, it was awesome, i managed to get two, one for each of my breaks but the line ups were crazy. mmm the javachip one is absolutely amazing.
Saturday i went and worked out with my mom, it was fun, i never get to see her anymore, so we did some catching up. It was Ashley's birthday so me and Rachael took her out for lunch/drinks at moxies. We went shopping for a bit after, just hung out. I worked in the bar again but nikki was working too so it was pretty fun. We took Ashley out for desert to BP's after. I forgot to get my mom a mother's day card so i ran over to Shoppers since its open to midnight. I've never seen it that busy there at night, everyone was in the card/prepackaged bath stuff aisles. It looked like a tornado had hit the card aisle, there were envelopes all over the place, and probably only 15 mothers day cards left.
Sunday i worked from 9:30-5:30, had a very interesting morning, involving sleeping homeless people hiding on us, us not thinking they were actually there...complicated story, ask me and i'll tell you sometime. My family was over for the game/mother's day bbq. It was funny i didn't really realize how hockey oreintated my family was and how much i actually kinda understand it now. I was listening to the game with the RBO guys and they didn't know if steve montador played for calgary or san jose, so when the last goal was scored they were just like who won?? Even i knew that we won before they did. We're watching the Tampa Bay/Philidelphia game right now, its 6-2 for phili, pretty big fight in the middle, a bunch of ten minute penalties.
Today i had my first shift at Payless, it was pretty good a little weird at first, i havn't even learned half of the stuff yet, so we'll see how it goes. I have two more shifts this week, wednesday and thursday.
